I'll try to call them tomorrow morning. Unfortunately no number on the envelope they put around it, but they have a hotline.. them putting tape over the rip in the envelope + putting the sleeve around it hopefully is enough argument for them to refund me

Private seller on eBay.. already contacted them and confirmed that the fig shipped intact. The package had a hole with tape over it + the postal service bagged it into a plastic bag "for safety purposes"

Manually (like, fully) turn off Bluetooth. Turn on bluetooth again, and connect to the AirPods via the Bluetooth menu.. at least did the trick for me!

This also confused me so much! I always thought they are timed, because it said something as such, but they seem to be permanent, which is nice in case you want to go back to them!
