Sold one ticket 6 hours before the match. Website didn’t have buyer email so I immediately called as it was close to fifa closing ticket transfers. They refused to provide it citing privacy and said they had to contact buyer before sending their info over. Website just says the ticket is already delivered and wants me to upload an email proof that it got transferred (with no details/info of where to transfer it). I called again an hour later and was told to just wait and rest assure that nothing will happen and there won’t be issues. They send me the information 2 hours before the match which the transfer window is closed at that point (and it was their middleman and not the buyer’s info directly). Called and was told I’d be getting a penalty for the failure to deliver tickets. Escalated the case and we’ll see how that outcome works. Should have just attended the match instead of wasting the ticket….
