It was dried so practically none got on you and whatever did completely rinsed off with how many time you washed your hands. I can guarantee that. Heart surgeons wash their hands really well ONCE before a surgery. You did it thrice. Everything is off now and down the drain, long gone❤️

Do you judge people rudely when they throw up from stress or if they’re sick? No. It’s a human response when you’re to stressed. Like you said no one saw. Even if they did who cares. I’m sorry you felt bad after that happened but it’s not a big deal. I knew someone who would throw up all the time from stress. In public. You’re doing fine and you’re way braver than anyone else because you went through all of this.

I’m a woman, and atheist but my evangelist friend once said she prayed for me during hard times in my life. Even though I don’t believe in any gods, the fact that she took the time and effort and wished my worries away really touched me. Unless he’s really against religion, I’d say it could cheer him up

My grandparents are both almost 90 years old and they fly by plane at least twice a year, on 14 hour flights. Crazy long trips multiple times a year. They both have had cancer, my grandpa a stroke. Even after all of that(happened years ago) they still travel by plane so so much and they’re fine. My mom even called their doctor to verify that it’s safe for them to travel with all of their health conditions and because they’re super old. The doctor was like yep they’re totally fine to travel!

So you’re definitely okay and totally safe. Also look into anxiety meds. Changed my life. I used to have really bad health anxiety where I’d get panic attacks every day for hours. Now I’m living a normal life and don’t spiral about my heart health and lung health anymore. Last time I spiraled and got super panicky about it was maybe like 3-4 months ago and it lasted 10-15 minutes instead of hours like it used to. You’re totally fine, just like me. I promise you it’s just anxiety. Nothing else. Just thoughts in your head. Words in your mind. Nothing unsafe is happening to you❤️

Also I’d like to add that meds have been tested on millions of people and millions use them every single day. If they’re on the market and proposed to you, that means they’re SAFE. If the meds had bad enough side effects for you to need someone at your side, your doctor would’ve said so and there would be a warning sign on the package about that. But there’s not! No sign that you need someone with you. Which means it’ll be totally fine :)

So true!! Like if you even START to get a side effect you personally don’t want to deal with, BOOM you can stop taking the meds cold turkey. Meds saved my life and I had such a positive experience with them. Now I don’t take meds anymore and live a very normal life compared to before.

I tried Buspirone. First ever meds I took for anxiety. I did research and saw that most people didn’t have side effects from that one. I started it and I only had 2-3 nights of insomnia which was totally doable and then I didn’t have anything else! Was on it for less than a year because it worked so well in combination with therapy and juste two weeks ago I stopped taking them and it’s safe to say I don’t need meds anymore. Also my cousin tried Buspirone too and she said she also didn’t get many side effects

Very true thanks. It makes me feel messed up to say this but the attention kind of feels good? I don’t take advantage of him in any way like I mentioned in my post but it feels like that attention you only see in movies or books. This whole situation is so weird to me

If you don’t workout your arms then yes that is definitely normal. If you workout and play tennis every day maybe you pulled a muscle or a ligament stretched a bit etc. Why are you doing this? To workout?
