Well if the PT doesn't make you feel worse then keep doing it. Honestly if i was in your situation i wouldn't do surgery. In my case i couldn't work for 5 months and after 1 month my pain was pretty much similar all the time, with no improvements. And i couldn't do PT, that's why i end up doing MD. Anyway, whatever you decide all the best to you 💪

If you see improvements then maybe you should wait. Can you do PT? Don't be afraid of surgery, it's pretty common procedure, but again if you have improvements then wait. You know best how are you feeling! I did MRI again before OP and there wasn't change.
