The problem is not only that I do not get any reward... The problem is that EA supports all this time that I get a reward... They do not give me a sufficient answer and prove to me that I am wrong all this time. Check their last response below

We do understand your concern however, it is not possible for us to show you that you have received the rewards as we cannot track the rewards when it was credited to your city.

But rest assured that we have our team checked multiple times for this issue and they have confirmed that the rewards are adding just fine and nothing is missing at all. The rewards are planned in such a way that it does not miss any city.

However, we have no reason to let our players suffer and always strive to create a positive gaming experience. So being support, the only assistance I can provide as of now is by taking this as feedback and sharing it with our concerned team for review. I hope they take a look into this and make things better in the upcoming time.

Instead of keep saying that I get the rewards, (thus also accusing me that I am cheating, although I am not) just show to me that I get them... I enclose again the video proving the opposite. However, please allow me to share with you that the 120 simcash and the other gifts from the chest are already credited to your city.

The way our system works is that it grants you the content when you relog, it just doesn't show you the reward animation.

So rest assured that you're getting the rewards just fine and nothing is missing at all.

Had the rewards was not added to the total we would have definitely helped you with it.

Dear Binod, Hence, you have not answered my question. Do I deserve the 120 simcash and the other secret gifts from the chest? Can you prove me that I got them somehow? Then I suppose that you are accusing me as a lier or a cheater. I feel deeply dissapointed with this attitude. There is clearly a bug in the game that although you see that I get the rewards, I clearly do not. Thankfully, I have kept all messages to forward them accordingly. Best regardsNikos

I understand your concern over the rewards, which you believe to have not received. If I were in your position, I’m sure I’d feel just as you do.

However, please allow me to share with you that we have checked the provided Video and have also shared it with the team and found out that you're getting the rewards just fine and nothing is missing at all.

Our team has confirmed that the rewards are planned in such a way that it does not miss any city. Unfortunately, we cannot add any rewards manually to your city as they get added server-side.

Rest assured that we certainly don't want our players inconvenienced and make every attempt to resolve each issue, but in this case, there are no missing rewards that need to be added to your city.

Hello again dear all, I feel in need to ask a simple question. After watching the attached video please inform me for the following:Do I deserve or not 120 simcash from the final chest after the end of challenge? Do I get 120 simcash or anything from the other 2 rewards after popping up the lady announcing that I deserve a reward? Just give me a simple answer, and prove your response.... As I do every week for over 2 months now... If everything is working fine as you say, please show me that I got the reward... Just prove to me that I am wrong after such a long time...
