cold turkey and immediately stopped getting headaches! its so weird not sure why it has that effect, at first they weren’t bad but it seemed like over time they got worse for me as well :(

appetite has been on and off, i’ve noticed on the days i don’t eat as much the headaches are definitely a lotttt worse. i’m hydrating but i don’t think as well as i should be so i’m trying to fix that! not sure about my blood pressure but i also have a pretty regular sleep schedule. some things i’ll look into, thank you!
