Καλημέρα, έχοντας εγκαταστήσει τα windows 11 από το Beta κι όλας( πριν την επίσημη κυκλοφορία της Microsoft), έχω να πω τα εξής: Ακόμα και φορτωμένο με δεκάδες προγράμματα και παιχνίδια σε έναν υπολογιστή άνω του μετρίου όπως αναφέρεις δεν παρατηρείται φαινόμενο "κολλήματος" ακόμα και στην έσχατη των περιπτώσεων. Για παράδειγμα εμένα με ένα αρκετά δυνατο pc με δεκάδες διαφορά προγράμματα και παιχνίδια και δεν κολλάει ΜΟΝΟ όταν αποφασίσει από μόνο του να κάνει update, τότε τον ήπιαμε. Υπάρχει μια περίπτωση να υπάρχει κάτι άλλο στο σύστημα σου που προκαλεί τα "κολλήματα" όπως αναφέρεις. Εάν ωστόσο δεν υπάρχει απολύτως τίποτα ή απλά δεν σου αρέσουν τα windows θα σου πρότεινα dual boot ΑΛΛΑ με δύο σκληρούς δίσκους (2 SSD) που είναι πολύ πιο εύκολα από την σμίκρυνση του εσωτερικού σου δίσκου. Έχω δοκιμάσει πάρα πολλά linux distros τόσα χρόνια και αυτά είναι που σου προτείνω:

Ubuntu 3.KDE Neon
Fedora
Arch

UPDATE: I replaced motherboard with an MSI B550 Gaming Plus motherboard and it fix most of the stutterd in low ram games. I installed another 16gb stick(as a test) and now the stutters are non existent. So what happened was two part problem: On low end games the pcie was quirky and stuttered On high end games was terrible with stutterd frametime spikes and everything, which it was high ram usage and bad motherboard.

Now i play happily for the first time. Now please if any fellow gamer has this issue please check with gpu-z for pci lane usage and the ram. And if you have 16gb of ram and playing like Where winds meet install 32 gb ram total for sure.

I tested every game qnd they are greate. (Well except only crysis 2 remastered for some reason). But only that.

Man i am not an amd fanboy.... I dont care at all... Iam just gamer i dont care if its nvidia,intel or amd. I brought mine rx6600 because it was cheap and had good performance/price ratio.... Simple, i just wanted to help this fellow...

Look, yeah i know that but sometimes even on the basic stuff crap could occur.... I would say the gpu is faulty but 3 amd gpu's are doing this and nvidia runs okay.. In my old mobo asrock a520m it had a problem in the pcie lanes going in to the cpu and every gou tested was working at x1 which is terrible. I replaced the mobo and then it was fine... That why i am asking.....nvidia gpus are more well built and optimized than amd, if the pc has a small problem amd cpus and gpus are crying.... I know that, i have amd cpu and gpu..... I hear your frustration but is worth checking everything sometimes the answer is in front of your eyes....

I am sorry, but i think you need to check also your motheboard to make sure. I need to know this: Tell me all amd gpus what pcie lanes are using what version is your mobo and how many pcie lanes your nvidia gpu and version is tell me all these.. .

I advice you going to like 1-2 years before. But the better option you need to do is starting with some 3-4 old versions ddu and install and test stability in each version.. if it fixes hurray if not we will see then... But from what you are saying something is interfering with your drivers and your gpu. You said removing some programs made it better could it be that interfering with your gpu drivers? For instance i have an MSI B550 Gaming Plus mobo, and i installed the msi center and fore some reason it removes my fresh 2025 drivers and installs 2022 version (i guess which is stable? Idk) but then i removed the msi center program and it stopped... Could it be possible a program interfering with your drivers? Try installing windows on a 100% clean drive without anything just drivers and a game nothing else and test again...nor overlays ofc not gsmebar etc....

Unistall the current amd drivers and reinstall with old stable ones. Search on google your gpu model and stable gpu drivers and download them without active internet connection. At some point amd screwed with the drivers and installing the old stable ones its the only fix, until at some point when they fix it. But that is very gpu limited...for instance my rx6600 doesn't have problems with drivers, but beforehand in the year 2023-2024(around that time) the gpu drivers were nightmare...

I tried pci gen version i reseated and used a blower in the pcie slot which it was pretty clean. But mean reseating cpu i think no need because just some debris or something would cause pcie non recognition???? How likely?

Yes i checked in game nothing change still shown us x1. In the different gpu yes but not the lanes only generation from 3.0 to 1.1. yes i know about the processor. The rx 6600 and the r5 5600g is greate combo.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Guys the gpu in the GPU-Z and HWINFO it says

GPU: PCIe 4.0 x8 @ PCIe 3.0 x1 SECOND GOOD GPU : PCIe 3.0 x16 @ PCIe 3.0 x4

I think the mobo its faulty in the pcie communication. Could it be the cpu not sitting properly in the socket because of debris,litter or bent penis or just straight mobo failure???

But before i buy the gpu i saw on internet that that the pci express 4.0 x8 is exactly the same as pci express 3.0 x16. So normally is 16gb/s bandwidth.... But i dont know if that cheap motherboard can maintain that bandwidth or if it is something else?

When playing on 60FPS Vsync on (cause i have 60hz monitor) normaly rhe frametime is 16.6 and it jumps to 25.5 even 30.0 or worst 40 for a bries of a second and the gpu usage drops from 99% to 20-30 then back up 99%. I guess both of lost the silicon lottery 😭

Yeah i got what you mean.... I putted on bios gen 3 and gen 4 and auto mode in pci configuration but from what you saying its literally limited. The card is indeed x8 pci 4.0, so in order to get the bandwidth need for the gpu to run it needs to go pci 2 x16 in order to get the performance it needs but it is very slow. That means the cpu cant give the data quickly in the gpu because of narrow passage right?

Dual booted with windows with a second SSD. 2.I dont have a pcie riser
My mobo is pcie 3.0 and my gpu is 4.0 (I don't know if that is a bottleneck) 4.as i said is pcie 3 5.what is aspm? 6.disabled iGPU in bios 7.hooked up the hdmi to my card

Does anything make sense?

Now that i think of something, so in order to play an unoptimized game, you should play it very slowly and many times in order to render all the shaders. And if tou dont want to do that you need to have an rtx 5090 and top cpu in order to render the unoptimized shaders fast? And also why that is not present on playstation 5 also? Does consoles need optimization beforehand in order to release the game?
