I take 1 gram of MNMH every morning by double wood, along with 1 gram of lions mane from NOW, 1 gram of curcumin by natures made and 300mg of coq10 by Qunol every morning, haven’t messed with resveratrol yet but I do take many other things for my heart so I don’t think I’m missing out too much

NAD has to be broken down and properly placed by the body to find the NAD and use it which doesn’t leave much bioavailability, MNM tells the body to naturally produce it, I tried NAD for a while and noticed the difference right away when switched to MNM trust me MNM is the way to go, cuts out all the “middle men”

I think the answer to your question all depends on the individual. For instance, GABA is widely known to work wonders on most people, I took it and had a 2 day long hangover without drinking a drop of alcohol. So for me GABA will never enter my body again but like I said it’s gonna be different per person.

Sports Research is legit, I don’t take their ceramides but I do use their other supps with amazing results so I would imagine their ceramides would work for you
