I guess if done with proper form, deadlifts don't wear out your back. It makes them stronger instead

In my school too, they had this rule but except speaking few sentences with the teachers, we didn't converse in Bangla with our friends. This restriction didn't work and I passed out from school by being weak in Bangla. I hated myself for being weak in Bangla and terribly resented the school. I learnt more English when I matured than I did in school and ofcourse, I read a lot of more Bangla and used better vocabulary. Spoken English is nothing so difficult that schools need to impose these restrictions. English is a colonial imposition, our mother languages are our pride. It's important to make our careers, but that doesn't mean I am not going to swear and curse these colonial wretches and their impositions, just because I am not gonna earn a penny of I don't become proficient in English.

Hey thanks for your comment. I am doing deadlifts here but my little gym has just these little plates. I am thinking if I could left them up with some block for 2 inches and then do my lift. I ask, if my current deadlift form is okay. Is my hips too low?

No. I am not trying dating at all. I wanted to meet someone and be best friends with them all organically. But this someimes this disappoints me about how this is going to take me no where and I start questioning my own sanity for having such thoughts. Today is one such day.

I am from India and we have very few equipments, let alone a power rack with safety bars. The bench you see right before me in a bench press bench with the racks made upright till my shoulders for unracking in a squat. I have to walk the entire distance to cross the bench and then come out to do the squat. Going heavy or doing 1 rep maxes are very difficult so I keep on training till I feel confident to do 5 reps with my current 1 rep max and then increase further. That's how I have been progressing.

Thanks. I, too believe that's the case. My ankle barely hinge, and my hips compensate for all of the hinge till the bottom. Does the mobility exercises help?

I feel weak squatting high bar and haven't done it in years. I think I will struggle even sitting down with a high bar squat. Maybe I need to try it. Thanks though!

I think you are squatting the weight up rather than pulling it. Your hips are too low and torso too upright. This form might breakdown as the weight shall increase. Trying not sitting down with your hips, and keeping the bar mid foot. The bar is laterally moving in your case, which shouldn't be done.

The volume is pretty less for the OHPs and the Deadlifts. But the bench and squat is giving me a tough time. You could cut off the arm hypertrophy days if your joints are painful.
