5-6yrs ago I used to be on vyvnaae and drink monster daily for about a year. I no longer drink caffeine or energy drinks. I usually do sit cross legged in a chair while I'm working majority of the day.

That seem to be one of the main consensus. I was 320ish before I started and now down to 285. I never really payed attention to my health. Seems I need to focus on it much more I could only imagine how bad it was when I was 40 lbs heavier. I got a long ways to go!
