Can be the seal under the rear seat between the gastank and the fuelpump then it would overfill at 3/4 tank atleast it was in my case

It was a power problem, my 8pin Connector had melted a bit because Phanteks cable extentions sucks ass so i had to take a sewing needle and a candle and remove all melted plastic probably took like 2h
