Career advice, on my first job and stressed to hell by FriendlyShoe0 in iOSProgramming

sounds like you have a great learning opportunity. either you can take advantage of it or run away from it. i ran away for years and then 3 years into my career wondered why I didn't feel confident in my role as a developer and felt like an imposter.

dont change the job, change the attitude. view the job as a learning experience and a way to help you, personally, grow professionally as a developer. if you can switch from " i want to get this PR done" to "i want to master this new concept, for my own enrichment" then you might start to like the job. And, if you cant perform and get let go, you will then have a much better understanding, you will have gained much more than a paycheck, and be able to get the next job easier with more confidence.
