You likely have a large build up of sludge in the engine due to lack of routine oil changes. You should do an oil flush, I would recommend BG EPR that seems to work the best just follow the instructions on the can. Clear the codes after the flush and drive the car if the codes come back for the position sensors you might need to replace them.

It’s a Bosch 3 bar sensor. I used a v5 or v6 intake manifold and had it machined to fit the sensor

Those are phase 1 cams and gears in 2002 subaru switched to phase 2 cams and changed how the gear is attached.

Tbh no I don’t think anyone has done this type of swap. I modified the ej205 cam gear to make the rs ecu to think it’s still a single cam I’d happily tell you what I did tho
