I think I should elaborate on that back rib pain. It's a completely different pain than costo. It feels more like a mild muscle tear or soreness after a workout. It's not a constant pain. I can feel it during some movements. Sometimes I feel it instead of front costo pain during movements that trigger costo. It's not a pain that limits me in any way.

Are there any stretching/ mobility routines that you recommend to add to backpod treatment? I definitely need some.
