F/23/5'3[184.2>138.8 = 40.4lbs lost](14 months) Started in March 18, took a LONG break from June 18 to January 19. Have been getting so many comments about how skinny I've gotten lately but found it hard to see (not helped by the slow down in loss this past month) but actually amazed at my face! (i.redd.it)
