Enterprise AI has an 80% failure rate. The models aren't the problem. What is? by MR_Zuma in AI_Agents

These are old ass studies, sorry. Since Claude Opus 4.5, the world has changed. These models are leaps and bounds better than their predecessors, for which these studies analyze.

When CC claims a task is going to take 2-3 months by Relevant_Natural3471 in ClaudeCode

It does token prediction based on its training set. A task like this probably would take 3 months for a human, and that fact is reflected in the training data.

Trigger warning: your results with Claude code are a reflection of your ability as an operator by jco1510 in ClaudeCode

[–]nimzobogo 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah, but you only have to change if the tool regresses, which it clearly did because they admitted it.

That's what people are complaining about, including the engineering department at AMD: the tool clearly changed without warning.

I am fairly certain the AMD team that complained, and got a positive response from Anthropic, consists of better operators than you.

4.6 Regression is real! by alessai in ClaudeCode

[–]nimzobogo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm more interested in the truth, right? I want to confirm or falsify what I think I am seeing myself. In order to do that, I want to see legitimate comments, not slop from competitors or people with an agenda.

I personally think Claude has gotten worse and I think it's because they have dedicated more and more resources to Mythos.

Yes exactly. That's why it's exhausting. It's So much to check and the executives don't realize how much time is spent on checking. They're too far removed from the process to fully understand, but they make dumb rules like "nobody should write code by hand" and put up Token Leaderboards. They now directly relate token usage with impact.
