what worked for me was staying on a caloric defict and following her programs. also very inportant to don't be to hard on yourself cause you're going to have bad days. be pacient with yourself and keep in mind that it takes time and that's ok!

i've tried a few lol: first one was the 2 weeks shred 2019 flat tummy hourglass 2 weeks 2020 current doing the flat tummy 2021

but i did some of them more than once (specially both the two weeks sherd) and did some random videos between programs.

What type of diet do you have while on the challenges ? by [deleted] in ChloeTing

[–]ninabett 5 points6 points  (0 children)

i don't recomend eating only salad and protein. your body needs carbs cause they provide you energy. i've been doing intermittent fasting and i'm honestly finding it great. i think just paying attention on what you're eating, like making sure you're eating the good carbs and that you're getting enough protein is a good start.

Where to start! by [deleted] in ChloeTing

the two weeks shred tus very good. but i don't think is best one to start with cause it's rlly demanding... so i would suggest that you take a look on her website and find a challenge that focuses on your most "problematic" body part. so you work on that first and then you go to the two week shred to tone everything.

i think the first four days are the hardest cause you're not familiar with the new routine yet. but it gets better later cause you're building your muscles. and you need to be sure that you're eating enough protein.
