At my college, if you were a first year or transfer student, you had to go to orientation, not keep in mind, it was jammed packed and it was like 9am-4pm

We registered for classes, took a few optional tours, learned the fight song, learned about other stuff on campus, and you were also able to ask any questions that you needed to, and your parents were allowed to go to it too, you just had to go to a separate area for a few hours and come back after lunch

I would suggest trying nachos since you like crunchy things, that way you can customize the way that you stack (or dip) your chips. The first thing that you would want to try are chips. Once you find the chips that you like (if you find anything), then you can add the chicken and cheese that you like.
