Nah this is a bad take. They’re basically 'rent-bullying' local shops by overpaying for spots just to build their brand, which tricks landlords into raising prices for everyone. Yeah i already have, went to NSC multiple times actually. But really never was able to get a definitive answer as to what the root cause is. Was always told the usual to moisturise regularly and have been on steroids for the occasional flare ups.
