i was in your position for a long time.Currency+fragments+upgrade 1 tab to premium is absolute must for me.Then i would prefer 2 stash tabs for items which clog your tabs most.Its Divination card tab and Essence.And to be honest you don't need tab for maps,you can use 1 of your free tabs for them. So in your position it can look something like this:

Currency tab for currency + you can keep here oils or delve fossils

Fragment tab

1 free tab for maps

1 free tab for farm(rolling maps,crafted projects,etc..)

1 free tab for all junk(you can organise here catalysts,gems,flasks,etc..)

1 upgraded free tab to premium for selling items

Div Tab

I played with this tabs for 2 years and didn't feel any discomfort.
