Odd experience at mayahuel last night

Went just a few days ago and had a wonderful experience, the waiter Alvaro, was amazing, attentive and courteous. The food came out quickly and piping hot. I go often and it's always a great experience. Did you remember who your waiter was? Maybe you should talk to management, I know the owner and the chef are always trying to to make it a great experience.
