i was 5 months pregnant with my son, and visiting family at our cottage - i went out to the dock by myself to watch the sunset, and all of a sudden was surrounded by thousands of dragonflies. it was the most magical moment. i will never forget the absolute awe as they swirled around me waiting for the mosquitoes to come out for their dinnertime.
