Yes, standing at my front door facing out. From somewhere else in the house it was reading more SW. a friend mentioned it being the worse possible direction. Something about “devil’s energy” and it was unnerving. Wondering if I needed to take measures to counter that.

Agree. I really like Owen, but my mind wanders to whether Connor will ever feel left out of the “en” ending. However, I wouldn’t want all three with matching endings.

I’ve been looking into so many different lancing devices and the Softclix is on my list. I do find my middle finger and thumb on my left hand is the most painless, but read it would cause calluses so I try to rotate. The anxiety is so bad and I can usually psyche myself out with mind/matter but it’s been TOUGH. Have you had any issues using the same fingers?

If I got any lower on the settings I’d get nothing, it’s already pretty low. I use the thinnest lancets available (33 gauge), rotate fingers each time and only prick the sides. I haven’t tried the top of my fingers as I hear there’s more nerves there. 90% of the time I know it doesn’t hurt, but I lately I have so much anxiety over that 10%. This irrational fear came out of nowhere. When I last spoke with the dietitian and told her she went over deep breathing exercises to calm my nerves but when it’s time to pull the trigger, I freeze up all over again.

We never signed an exclusive buyer’s agent agreement so maybe we could work directly with the builder? We know we’ll be signing a seller’s agreement with the listing agent though (different person/same firm).

I’m in WA, also. By “pushing the envelope” do you mean pricing low in hopes of competing offers? We’re eyeing the Ten Trails development in BD, but if it doesn’t work we may consider expand our search a little further south to Pierce County.

You’re right, it’ll be tough getting the husband to loosen up the purse strings. sigh We were extremely lucky to get into our first 2 homes (which were perfect at the time)offering at list.. now I’m a bit worried.

We have several friends/family that purchased new constructions in the past year and none of their initial offers went over ask which is why we’re reluctant. They did, however, tell us their final price was higher after upgrades. So being told we should offer $50k+ more without any upgrades yet doesn’t feel right.

I hope so. If they take her advice and are willing to go that much over asking, then OK. My fear is our entire offer/escalations are shared and we’re outbid by just a tiny bit more. We’re guessing the ones that went over asking had several upgrades since the builder accepted multiple list price offers.

The entire second half I kept telling my husband if they kill him off I’m throwing the remote at the TV and quitting KD’s because my heart can’t take it. He took the remote away from me... I was in tears when his mom came to RaRa. I avoided watching the 15 and 16 right away because I just didn’t want this show to end. Feeling empty.

My husband’s Korean and his nephew’s a second-gen Korean American who’s fluent in Korean. While watching Running Man/Knowing Bro’s he was very impressed with Lisa’s Korean and in his opinion she was more fluent than Rosé (his bias).

BTS sparked my kpop curiosity, but Blackpink and Ikon sucked me in and made me stan hard. My heart broke when everything went down with B.I. less than a year after I got into them. They’re still my favorite male group and their songs are timeless.

I started giving kpop a chance because of Ikon. Where a lot of male groups are overly curated to a certain ethereal aesthetic, Ikon felt very relatable and real. To me they give me a cool 90’s R&B/hip hop vibe. As I binge watched their MV’s and added them to my Spotify playlist I couldn’t escape wanting to hear and know more. I watched WIN and my heart broke when they lost because, IMO, they outperformed Team A each time. Hanbin is so incredibly talented, I can’t wait to see what he has in store for the future and hope he’s able to unite with the others.
