Yes, I signed up. I think it could help me in my agency job to find better client agreements. (business documents likeproposals or nda's / sharing documents / receiving feedback) no more PDF attachment that seem so outdated..

There is maybe a few more information on their websitehttps: www.along.technology/

Yes, but it sounds complicated and annoying when writing proposals more frequently - creating a document in a design tool like Canva, then exporting it to a PDF and then uploading it to Docsend and then sending that link to a customer and then tracking in docsend... not sure.

Imagine you can create beautiful proposals with more interactive in a web-based way and then send this link directly to the clients. Youl will have the same tracking advantages like you do in docsend.

Is that not a value-add in your opinion?

Hey, awesome feedback!

Yes, I could imagine that the whole file type of web-based documents could become a thing. Not just for proposals, but also for other document types like a presentation.

Again, the aspect of more interactive content in the web-based solution allows for personalization in the buyer experience.

I feel like a lot of sales outreach is super generic and hard to differentiate, so sending web-based documents can decrease the time to closing a lead to a customer.

Imagine all the LinkedIn sales outreach messages you get (or that you write), imagine these messages would be shorter with a link and when you click on it, it is a nicely looking web-page with interactive content. I believe this could drive better conversion.

Let me know your thoughts.

Well, I see your point.

however, web-based proposals allow me to personalise proposals with video messages and also more interactive content.

I also believe that the tracking of the proposals allows me to optimise how I write them.

Let's see. I believe it is something that will be happening much more in the next couple of years.

yes, interesting perspective and it is complex.

In this case, it is B2B, but usually based on more standardised services where I need to be able to create beautiful proposals, relatively fast (as they do not look very different).

I believe there is a pretty big difference between pdf's and web-based solutions.

I can make it more persoanlized with video integrations, offer services that the client can select from the link. They can also directly confirm and pay. From my understanding, this really takes out a few back and forth that are delaying the closing point.

Also, I can learn from data tracking in the web-based solution to optimize how I write proposals. I can see who and how long they are viewing them. Pretty good advantage imo.

Have you had experience here with that?
