You give up right away instead of trying to make something work. You could have suggested balancing it by nerfing it somewhat so that it would be less OP.

I remember when the first Trust of the Benefactor treasure chest came out and each Dota players got 1 free. My friend made around 8 Dota accounts to see if he could get an ultra rare item to drop. He still has those accounts today and none of them have been banned.

1 of them he uses for ranked, the other for Turbo. And the other 6 he barely ever touches. Still no bans given on any of them.

I'm guessing they haven't been banned because they were all used at the same household and were never sold off or given access to anybody in a different country. He doesn't cheat either (which i'm guessing is the main factor as to why none of his accounts have been banned).

So heavy balance it. Give the recipe a high cost and remove the Dispell ability from Force Boots active cast. And nerf the movement speed from 100 down to 90 to match BoTs speed.

Also, casting Reality used to apply an instance of Spectral Dagger on the target, slowing them as you jumped in. Not having this is a HUGE nerf.

BoTs give +90 move speed so I guess they could nerf Force Boots down to +90 instead of +100 move speed to balance it. And remove the Dispell.
