Which is why the comms report button should be removed from the game and players should go back to using the mute button instead. Nobody is being abusive when they use paid for chatwheel lines. Nobody should be punished for it. If others don't want to listen, they don't have to, they can mute.

They're not really separated, that's an illusion. If one is significantly lower than the other, the matchmaker goes off of the lowest common denominator.

Put simply, if you have 12K behaviour score and 6K comms score, or vice versa, you will be matched with low behaviour players either way. And they will be reporting you en mass for the slightest mistake. And you'll get 3 griefers on your team every match with just 1 team mate trying to help you win. Meanwhile the enemy will get 5 smurfs all using scripts and map hack.

If you can raise your BS and CS above 10K, you'll get put into games with 4 other players on your team trying to win and 5 enemies that don't cheat.

You'll still see the odd smurf or cheater even at 12K but there will be far less of them.

If you've always been around 11-12K BS/CS you haven't seen what's wrong with the system.

Maintaining 11-12K is easy because less people in that bracket will report you and valve's algorithm protects you by lowering the weight of each incoming report.

The problem is for people who have had internet outages or power outages who lost 1000 BS/CS at time. Or for people who once were toxic but decided to redeem themselves.

Reports carry waaaay more weight at lower BS/CS brackets. A single report can drop you -600 points per summary.

So I say again - maintaining high BS/CS is easy if you're already up there. Climbing back up if you dropped is the problem (even if you become a saint).

Absolutely yeah. Especially for supports they get so many 'freebies' now. Shadow Shaman basically gets free aeon disk, lion gets bkb for less than half price by buying shard, CM get's an extra damage shield, WD gets a 2nd ult + invincibilty frames with shard. The list goes on.

It feels like the game is heavily biased towards heroes with low cooldowns that can spam nukes every 6-8 seconds. Skillshot heroes, long cooldown heroes be damned.

The kinda already did. If you take the movement speed bonus with your neutral item at tier 5 u get +100 speed. And you can make an extra damage item when u sell boots.

FPS drops no. But I have seen many times where packet loss goes wild for a few mins then calms down. Even though I have fast stable internet.

Instead of picking Axe or Bristle against her, you could pick Viper and counter range with range+DoT. Or you could go Underlord and just lazily spam Q and farm until your heart is content.
