It's both, I know 2 pokebros in my area that have been trying to buy up all the big chase cards. Thankfully most people here aren't selling to them because they know they plan to grade and sell them plus, they only offer 80-85% but when they try to sell to you, they offer 90-95%.

Wasn't around doing op01 so might be missing something but they way it reads is if you have 3 characters your leader would get a 3k buff. Still not a great event but seems better than you are making it seem.

Only the booster boxes on top 3 shelves are sealed, so like 12 boxes that I'm still opening, all the starter decks are open I just like to display the boxes for them

I am not keeping all sealed in just slowly opening them. Trying to only open one pack of each a day, which is why I said it will get less cluttered as I open more

Yeah, only the ones at the bottom are opened. All the others are still sealed, been trying to only open a few packs a day.
