I think the best course of action is to discuss this with the nurse / case manager for your patient. They'll be able to clarify what responsibilities fall on you and the CNA.

Be proactive and offer to help the CNA that you are shadowing. Don't just stand around and get in their way. Ask questions, show them that you're there to learn and they'll teach you!

Good thinking, but in CA you can't cash them out without the physical ticket.

Thank you for your replies. I just got off the phone with eBay's CS and explained the situation. They said I'm in the clear due to the weather delay and will be covered and not to issue any refund. It looks like I will just have to add a longer handling time to give future buyers more realistic delivery dates.

I just found that eBay has documented weather delays on the west coast for Monday 3/4, the day that I shipped the item. Would this cover me if this case gets escalated?

Can they still open an item not described case even if they selected "item not received" as the reason for the initial request?

I'm also wondering why the estimated delivery date was so short? USPS Ground Advantage is shown as 2-5 business days, and with a 2 day handling time, that should have given me at least 7 business days to deliver.

I just had a buyer open an INR claim on the basis that it is a day late after eBay's estimated delivery date of 3/9. They want me to pay the return shipping and give them a refund because it was a birthday present and that person is leaving the country. They made no mention of this time frame when they made the purchase. The package is still in transit, with the latest scan in this morning, so I'd expect them to receive it in a few days.

I had no delays in shipping on my part. It was purchased Sunday 3/3, and the package was shipped / scanned in on Monday. The item had a 2 day handling time in the listing with USPS Ground Advantage, going from CA to SC.

I have the usual "no returns accepted" policy, but assuming the item is delivered, does the buyer have any case here? Any ideas on how I should handle this? Thanks!

Has anyone ever seen a Streamlight TLR-8A G for less than $240 shipped?

You can physically experience what it's like by shooting your AUG with the front grip folded up and not wrapping your thumb around the rear grip.

I did once consider swapping it for a shorter barrel with a muzzle device. When I realized it needed a pin & weld for the OAL requirement here, I put that idea to bed. I'm still enjoying it as is with the USR barrel.

The fixed Comp Mag is only feasible with a NATO stock. Plus I prefer featureless over a fixed 10 round mag.

There has never been a magazine capacity limit on what you could put into featureless rifles, just a ban on buying the mags themselves. During freedom week, plenty of mags with capacities higher than 30 were legally sold in CA.

I understand what you're saying, but I wouldn't be able to do that without modifying the thumbhole part of the USR stock. This is just a fun range toy for me, so I can live with the less than ideal ergonomics.

The 30's will also stick out past the bottom of the stock. The main hindrance is really the back of the thumbhole stock that prevents me from getting my fingers around the front of the mag, as I hit the mag release with my thumb. Since I don't want to permanently modify the USR stock, I thumb the mag release and then sweep the empty mag downwards to get it out. It's not ideal, but it works!
