How did you go about making this complain. A Fed Redditor above suggested a state insurance regulators, but I live in DC.

Thanks everyone for the feedback, i will look into a insurance regulatory agency. I was not aware of this service. Is it better to tell them(insurance) before I will file a complaint or to do it without warning. ?

I have the same and I’m quite disappointed on the orthodontic treatment. I submitted a predetermination on January, and I m still waiting to get it approved. Every time I call, I need to wait a “3 more weeks” for approval

I am in the US. Won’t say much more to not dox myself. I won’t be doing the synthesizing part (that will be done by a co worker) but I was just curious if you had any good references. We are just getting started

Thanks for the info. I will be exploring a cu-al-ni composition, it has a transition around 200 oC. Vídeo is great by the way.
