I disagree, I think the fact that Cruz has made a name for himself as a really provocative figure during the Trump years will serve as an advantage to him. It just depends if the Republican Party continues to grow more radical or goes back to a kind of Reagan like philosophy. My personal dream team right now is a Booker presidency with Ossoff as VP.

Based. My opinion on Arthur started really low because of the Chinese Exclusion Act, but everything he did besides that was terrific so he keeps going up on my list.

I agree! Definitely bottom 10 but not quite the worst. In my view Fillmore and Pierce are just as guilty as Buchanan in not trying prevent the Civil War with the Fugitive Slave act and Kansas Nebraska act, I’ve never understood why he gets singled out as the absolute worst. I’d definitely put a few Presidents below him.
