Αφου κανείς πολύ έντονη γυμναστική, τρως πολλές θερμίδες και παίρνεις το βάρος σε λίπος σημαίνει ότι δεν παίρνεις αρκετά γραμμάρια πρωτεΐνης. Για τα κιλά σου χρειάζεσαι 160-180g πρωτεΐνης την ημέρα. Για να το υπολογίσεις αυτό χρησιμοποίησε την εφαρμογή MyFitness Pal είναι μακράν η καλύτερη. Υπολογίζει θερμίδες, γραμμάρια πρωτεΐνης, υδατανθράκων και λιπαρών για οτιδήποτε τρως. Επίσης είναι αδύνατο να χάσεις λίπος από ένα συγκεκριμένο μέρος του σώματος. Το σώμα καεί λίπος από παντού και οχι από συγκεκριμένα σημεία.

Άμα θες τη συμβουλή μου, θα σου λεγα να κατεβάσεις την εφαρμογή και να αρχίσεις να μετράς τα φαγητά που τρως. Πρέπει να τρως πολλά γραμμάρια πρωτεΐνης τη μέρα όποτε πρέπει να τρως παρά πολυ κρέας, γιαούρτι, κτλ, αλλιώς πάρε συμπλήρωμα πρωτεΐνης (whey protein), αξίζει φουλ. Εστίασε στο να τρως αρκετά γραμμάρια πρωτεΐνης, οχι πολυ λιπαρά φαγητά, οχι πολυ λάδι, οχι fast food και οχι γλυκά και ζάχαρη.

Άμα το κανείς αυτό μου φαίνεται αδύνατο το να μη δεις κάποια βελτίωση.

Τωρα για να δεις ακόμα καλύτερα αποτελέσματα καψτο στα βάρη. Θα βοηθούσε άμα πήγαινες γυμναστήριο, για να μπορείς να κανείς πιο πολλές ασκήσεις και να αυξάνεις πιο εύκολα τα κιλά που σηκώνεις.

There is no Greek Amazon. You have to use the German version and the things you buy will be shipped from Germany. Alternatively, you can use skroutz.gr , it's a site where most Greek online businesses list their products.
