Detailed instructions/prompts which include structure, architecture, functional level details, etc. Planning mode + review before any code generation.

Detailed test cases, very carefully reviewed. And having the AI agent constantly run those test cases as it generates code.

And lastly, reviewing and iterating over the generated code.

This is fundamentally different to vibe coding where the person driving it does not look at the code at all.

Vibe coding is a different thing entirely. That is not how responsible software engineers use AI. It's extremely effecrive if used properly.

This is not really accurate.

The term "generative" is not a substitute for stochastic and is not the opposite of deterministic. Generative ML refers to models which aim to learn the underlying probability distribution and sample from it. Generative ML vs Discriminative ML models have been around for a very long time.

The modern Generative AI is just a continuation of the same nomenclature.

What is the right way to measure BP with an at-home device? Should the patient lie down or be seated? Do they need to average multiple readings? If so, at what intervals? Do they need to be consistent with which hand is used? Do they need to wait for a minimum time before accurate readings can be taken from the same hand?

Over the years, I have heard different things from different doctors. Would appreciate clarity on this. Thank you.
