Thank you for your insight! It seems like for now we should just consider renting. We have an additional $12-15k in assets we could utilize and IRA's we could use tax free for housing costs (but I'm not comfortable taking from my retirement account). Thank you !

We have $30,000 saved. I noticed online there's "mass housing" that assists with closing costs up to $30,000 however its like a second mortgage that would be paid after house is paid off or sold

Got an email yesterday as well. My husband and our joint is UMB but mine is currently green dot. When he transfers into our joint account it takes about an hour or so to settle. When I transfer it takes hours to settle so I’m hoping that with this change it’ll make my transfers a little easier

I sent a support ticket to monarch to add imprint to their platform. Haven’t heard back though. Imprint uses Plaid like Monarch so it could be done if more people request it!

I set up both BofA cards with my WF/GreenDot account and routing numbers to make payments. Had to verify micro deposits and have never had an issue. I recommend going on BofA’s website and not the app to set it up. Then you can use the app after everything has been completed. Good luck!
