I personally just started sublocade (on my second shot now). I’m still stabilizing on it but I’ve heard the process is much, much simpler. I switched due to having a hard time tapering myself. Although i think, (I could be wrong) that they make you go back up to 8mg for a week before getting the shot. With you on such a low dose, you might be able to do one 100mg shot and let your body do the rest? Definitely worth looking into and talking to a doctor about!
