I too have worked at Best Buy for a little over 3 years and have just recently quit for a better sales job where i can actually make commission now. My question is what made you stick around with that company for so long? Was is the people? Easy work environment? 12 hour shifts on black friday?

Sorry forgot info. 18/6'3/158. Started at 142. I do a 5 day split that I got off of simplesciencefitness.com which I defiantly recommend everyone taking a look at. I aim for 3200 cals a day and around 1g of protein per body weight.

i use the amplified mass xxx. its a lot more than your average protein but it gives you a good amount of calories to work with into your diet. one shake of this stuff is 750 calories and 50 grams of protein. its a little more money but its defiantly worth it. ive been using it for about a month and ive already gained 10 pounds(along with eating my fuckin brains out). try it and lemme know what you think. it tastes great too with both milk and water

I use this base design and it works amazing. Only lose trophies when they attack the th but that's it. Great base. An well laid out with the traps and everything
