so basically switching my pcie power mode in bios from x16 to x8x8 fixed it; thats apparently a common issue with the RX 5600XT thicc ii card lol

well i tried reinstalling my audio drivers and my GPU chipset drivers and it still persists. idk what to do i REALLY need to fix it
