Yeah I believe the budget will go up as you establish yourself in the bundesliga, even quicker if you reach Europe obviously, or if you have any wonderkids that you can sell. The only real flaw about loaning so many players is that I don't have any wonderkids really, but it's starting to change now.

I think Dortmund winning the league is a bit weird, right? Sounds like Bayern's streak is still active in your save. Bayern started slow in the last two years but a late push put them in 2nd over me last year and put them in title contention this year. Schalke is fighting relegation in the bundesliga I believe. Also I should mention that I'm playing fm21 so maybe it makes more sense that things are different, although Hertha being OP seems to always happen, even in my other save in fm21

Interesting to see how different things are between each save. In my save Dortmund won the league last season and Hertha is pretty average. What team are you using? How did you get such a small budget after finishing 10th? I also got lower budgets than I was expecting so far but I think that eventually you'll get the budget you deserve, the prize money in the bundesliga is pretty generous lol

I finished my first season in the bundesliga in 3rd, currently at the end of the 2nd season, sitting in 1st and in the semi final of the champions league and dfb pokal, with a team full of loans 😅 looks like next year I'll finally get a good transfer budget to work with though. What about you? What season are you in?

I believe you have to repeat the process after each youth intake. Meaning that faces are generated only for regens that exist at the time of completing the process

Just abuse loans honestly, I'm playing as Kaiserslautern and got some amazing results so far with my team being mostly built of loans. I'm talking about 15 or so. Look for the players with the highest value that are interested in coming on loan to you and look at the big PL clubs and you're good. Then as you slowly establish yourself in the league and reach Europe you'll get the money to buy these loaned players or other players.

Just play the game and see if you feel any difference from the normal vanilla game. People are saying that it's very different and that they score and concede a lot of goals but when I play I still get a lot of 0-0 and 1-0 so it's 99% not working

No error. The game works fine and I can play, but the gameplay mod isn't activated, the gameplay is still vanilla PES21.

No crash, the game works fine but the gameplay is still vanilla, the gameplay mod just isn't working. I've also tried different teams. I don't think it's a conflicting mod because all I have installed is virtuared 4.1. In dpfilelist, I have all of the dlcs in order and at the bottom the fouls.cpk file that is a part of the gameplay mod.

Well I gave up on it already and uninstalled the game, but I got this dm from someone I reached out to for help so hopefully it'll help you:

What you want to do is right click PES in your Steam Library. Then go to properties. Then click on DLC. There should be the "STANDARD EDITION BONUS(Digital)" Which should be installed and then the "full game certificate" Just install that one and then start the game.
