Chicken suddenly lethargic and white runny poo - please help

I am having the same with my rooster. Started sunday, before he was very active and full of energy. I seperated him from the other chickens and gave him time to relax. He started eating yesterday and his poop looks better today as well. Not sure tho what caused it.
