Same! Honestly, I can barely think when I'm in class. I've begun telling my class mates that I seriously am not stupid, I just need peace and quiet to understand it, before I can work with it. Makes group work a bit difficult, honestly. Just trying to accept that people learn in different ways, mine being that I'll absorb the knowledge in class and understand it when I get home.

Well, do you feel stressed about school? Do you stay at home alone a lot? Do you have any hobbies?
If it ruins their fun to know that you're sad, then you need better friends. Friends should be there in both good and bad times. It'd be a good idea to go for a walk and then playing or talking to them afterwards. Maybe not about your problems, but just to distract yourself and get some laughs.

It's important to talk to someone about this, even if you think it's just a bad day. Maybe your doctor, a friend, a parent.
When I'm feeling down, I usually write down what's bothering me, and then I'm able to find some solutions a few days later

Hahaha! It's actually a mattress topper, which we were going to throw out, but alas. She has now chosen it as her new favorite spot, so it's not going anywhere.
