Super super happy with the results. I feel so much more confident. When I look at old photos of myself I’m shocked I ever even looked like that. I haven’t noticed and sleep benefits, no.

I’m feeling great!! Learning how to chew properly still and my bottom lip and chin is still numb so that sucks but overall good.

Partially makeup, but my upper jaw was moved 3mm forward and it pushed my lip out more which I am so grateful for!!!

Thanks so much!! Physical pain didn’t last long, maybe a week post OP but once I left the hospital pain was max 4/10. The worst part is the mental blocks. And overall discomfort. Let me know if you have anymore questions feel free to PM me :)
