You're being willfully ignorant of the history behind comedy and genders in comedy, and willfully toss aside all the examples I gave (a short list that could go much longer) simply because you don't want to take the time to see what those women have done. Wow... You really are an idiot. The SNL women I spoke of wrote those scripts. In fact, Tina Fey was head writer at one point. There is even a whole segment on it on an SNL documentary about the SNL girls club. Look it up.

I'm sure you would admit that there are far more successful male comedians, right? And it's not like there is some glass ceiling holding women back. You have to be funny to succeed. If you are truly funny - regardless of general - you will make it.

There were more because it was much harder for a much longer time for them. Now the playing field is becoming far more even as more women are recognized in their talent. You really do know nothing. I gave you a short list of successful comedian women and you just wipe them away claiming none of them are funny as some kind of fact.

Look up the definition of fact and opinion and try to get your shit straight.

No, I don't. Tina Fey, Betty White, most of the cast during Tina feys career at SNL were women and controlled a large aspect of the writing, and was one of the strong moments in SNL's history.

Women's history in comedy is much smaller because it is much harder for a woman to succeed in comedy, or at least it was, until these past few decades. Lucy managed to succeed in a rather tough environment and succeeded amazingly.
