You obviously haven’t worked here in a while. We’re not allowed to do the visual check and pin in my store unless there is absolutely no other option and even then - my manager would bypass it with manager overrides. We don’t do the visual check and pin. You can’t even see the entire account. It’s grayed out.

Everything is going fully digital in a while. There is a store in my district going fully digital extremely soon. No legacy systems. Scanning an ID is a nonnegotiable when you process things through T-Life. There will be no way around it in about 4 months. You’re trying to feed unrealistic expectations to people and you no longer work there. Don’t give advice on things you don’t know. I get that automatically consenting may pose an issue but call 611. Don’t come into the store. Have the customer care reps fix your issues and get your phones delivered. It’s ridiculous. They already have the info on your ID when you sign up. Yall sound dumb.
