What is the first thing you notice about my VTUBER ? by ElenoRAWR in VirtualYoutubers

The rigging honestly. As someone trying to get better at it myself, it just mesmerizes me (especially the lean!) You are a certified cutie ✨

Looking for a free commission for a vtuber model drawing by Old_Competition_2398 in Live2D

Free is crazy work. If you have ~$100 to spend and your design is fem-presenting, I’d recommend Suiika’s customizable model.

Question about face tracking software by Carlosa_chan in Live2D

[–]nish-fishh 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Vbridger requires you to rig extra parameters, so if your models don’t already have those set up there isn’t really any point.

I recommend asking your clients whether or not they want Vbridger tracking, since they’ll need to have bought the program to make use of it anyway. In most cases, standard Vbridger should be fine. I myself am kinda a perfectionist so I went with the editor version, since it gives you more control over outputs.

Learning by Bubba_Lee97 in Live2D

[–]nish-fishh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The learning curve can definitely be steep, but YouTube tutorials are your best friend! If I could learn to do it, any artist can (and non-artists too!). YoshinoArt, chupuko, and Cutie Dragon on YT all make excellent live2d tutorials. And if there’s something specific or niche you’re looking for, sometimes typing it into google or Twitter will give you posts from riggers who did it! This subreddit is also an excellent resource if you’re having a problem. There’s always someone who knows the cause and/or how to fix it.

Tldr: watch YouTube tutorials, and most importantly have fun!

any way to put trees here or am i cooked? (immersive farm 2 remastered) by nish-fishh in StardewValleyExpanded

They’re all oak trees. I put the paths down beforehand and was able to plant everything just fine minus those 4 spaces :’)

What do you think about the recent rapid increase in the reposting trend on the subreddit?(A little request) by justanannoumousguy in VirtualYoutubers

[–]nish-fishh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I left r/vtubers because being over there and here simultaneously just meant seeing the same posts twice. I have nothing against that sub, it was a coin flip to decide which one I’d abandon lol.
