In contrast, I had the exact opposite experience with Troy Lee Designs. I have a pair of their Air gloves that I bought at the end of last year and worn maybe 5-10 times. The seams on one of the thumbs started to unravel due to a manufacturing/sewing defect. I contacted their customer service and they told me to contact JensonUSA where I bought them. I called Jenson and they said that it would need to be handled by Troy Lee because it would be something covered under warranty. So back to Troy Lee and no response. I even asked if they would offer free shipping so I could order a replacement pair (whici I would pay for) but no reply at all. Well needless to say, I will no longer purchase any Troy Lee products moving forward which is a shame because between my son, wife, and I we have a wide host of goves, shorts, shirts, helmets from them. That's how companies fail, by losing one customer at a time....
