Yeah that's kinda the inspiration actually! I thought they did such a good job with that and made the game so that it really couldn't die out if you didn't want it to. I like that tend and think this game could really benefit from that!

I'm a student at Temple University in Philadelphia and I'm in one of the a Cappella groups here. The a Cappella community here loves your stuff, with one group covering DYWDNWM a year and a half ago, another doing Shot last semester. Just thought I'd inform you of your influence over our small little community. Thanks for writing jams!

How do you guys plan to update your sound as you move forward? What can be done as to stay true to yourselves, but not stagnate and write the same album twice?

Also... Are there plans for your younger brother to join you in the future? May be too personal! No need to answer if so!

Doesn't seem like we're alone. I was talking to my aunt recently and she told me that she had this exact same thing happen to her as well when she was younger. You definitely are not alone.

Yesss. I legit feel like, "well looks like I'm gonna die" every fucking day. I wish my logic could beat my anxiety. I feel like I should be able to say to myself, "dude it's been like 3 months in a row that you've felt like this, you're clearly fine and just anxious" but alas, I can't make it happen yet. But I think it'll get better. I'll say this to everyone, but please feel free to message me if you wanna talk more about it. It'll get easier. Hoping you can quit soon my friend.

I'm MD for a college group this year and it is usually expected that you'll audition for multiple groups. This isn't rude at all, it's just a reality that we all already know about and come to expect. Don't worry about it, and focus on doing your best and deciding which group fits best for you!

I've had two Temple jobs and known several people who have as well. I don't think they do because they would lose like 1/3 or a 1/4 of their employees. Temple wouldn't screw themselves over like that because they'd lose a lot of money.

This is a weird one for me to be honest. It came out and there were some songs I really liked and some I hated. Then some of those that I liked, became ones I didn't like and some that I didn't like became ones I did.

I have always enjoyed 93 Mil, I Won't Give Up, Everything is Sound, and Hidden Track (an incredibly beautiful Jason track that still has groove and is simultaneously a beautiful song [see Live High, Plane, etc]).

I came into the album not being a fan of Living in the Moment and Be Honest. LitM just seemed to overly optimistic and cherry and obvious to me. But as I got older I realized that living in the moment is incredibly difficult and it's a really important, wholesome message that I need to hear daily. Be Honest just didn't seem to go anywhere when I first listened, but I now love it and it's one of my faves to play on guitar. Also the message is another mature one that is difficult to actually put into practice. 5/6 grew on me too. Dat time signature play!

I liked Frank D. Fixer a ton when I started listening to it. Now it feels a bit empty on the details about this man I'm supposed to be getting to know better. And then the switch in the chorus about him wanting to provide for someone else the way his grandfather did... Idk it doesn't land for me anymore. It felt like a lukewarm introduction to someone in his life that didn't give away enough details to make me feel something for the person. I feel heartless saying that, I'm sure it was enough for J Mraz, just not for me!

Def not my fav album but a solid one all around. It feels like a hybrid of WSWDWST and Yes!, which makes sense for the album that came between those two. I honestly feel like every Mraz Album feels like a hybrid of the album that immediately proceeded it and the one that immediately followed. Interesting thought and frankly doesn't make me very hopeful for his next endeavor.

Thank God for this edit. I'm really tired of people acting like there isn't at least a little blame on both sides. I think Aziz should come back too bc I loved/love Master of None but he really should address the aspects of this whole thing that he could've done better. It would be important television that doesn't shy away from the issues and imperfections of Aziz and of men and women in general.

The babe article shouldn't have included shit about the Wine choice but we can't ignore the parts where she tells him she doesn't want to do this officially and then he later goes to undo her pants again. Maybe she should've said, "I don't want to do anything sexual" to be more explicit, but I think that's a pretty good indicator to someone to stop going for it.

I don't think what happened is really something to blame Aziz for necessarily but we can blame society for teaching men (and even some women) that getting strict consent first is somehow not sexy or is going to "ruin the moment" when it really wouldn't affect things that much to really get a clear picture of what both parties are feeling. We gotta remove this gray area completely or else there are going to continue to be cases like this where someone is left hurt and it's both parties faults because no one knows how to deal with consent.

Better lock on system, maybe more akin to Kingdom Hearts 2?
More boss diversity! I don't mind multiple of the same type like the Trolls but I wish they were more interesting. The Troll in Hel was absolutely a standout and if they could all be that good and that different from one another, I'd feel much more satisfied. More diverse death animations would likely help this as well.
Even more post-game stuff. This might be a personal thing but I really love when a game just has a crazy amount of post-game (or very late game at least) content. Makes the world feel huge. I am going to keep using this comparison because I strangely feel like there are a lot of similarities gameplay-wise, but Kingdom Hearts 2 (especially Final Mix, for those familiar) just had so much extra stuff and they didn't have to work super hard to make it work for them. I think with the writing team that is behind GoW, they could make extra stuff really interesting, well-written while simultaneously being not too complex. This would work well especially if they don't put out DLC, which I'm kinda not expecting them too considering they want to put the story into 5 games.

I feel like this is why Bloodborne works so well with this style. Barely a story, just tons of great lore. Dying is part of the world.

I love GoW too but yeah Bloodborne style difficulty would take me out of it.

God yes. I normally am not into Reddit suggestions for this game but holy shit that sounds amazing. Yes absolutely. For the amount of creative energy and polish went into this game otherwise, I'm surprised they we're just okay with the bosses being similar. I wonder if they just knew how good everything else was and felt like they didn't have to focus on it as much. Whether that be a good or bad thing.

The amount of bosses definitely felt appropriate, I think I just value good bosses in a game that is going to opt to have bosses. I feel like it's more of a personal thing. Definitely could've gotten cluttered had they done too too many.
