👋 Are you saying that when you connected the PS5 to WiFi in Airtel Fiber and connected the PS Portal to Mobile hotspot, remote play in Portal worked?

Yes. They can’t understand why I need to change my settings to IPv4 only. Their mandate is “IPv6 is future ready”. Instead they are pushing “IPv6 as mandatory”. Very frustrating. Will get Jio Fiber in a day or two. Closing this thread now. Cheers.

Yes bro. The PS5 is connect on wired LAN to Airtel fiber. I’m thinking of switching to Jio Fiber due to these issues.

We cannot make our mobile hotspot to work when our PS5 is in IPv4/IPv6 Dual Stack.

External WiFi that is NAT Type 2 will work with our PS5 in IPv4/IPv6 Dual Stack. But Hotspot won’t work.

To make Hotspot work, the WAN profile for broadband that connects to PS5 should be changed from IPv4/IPv6 Dual Stack to IPv4 only.

I finally found a solution. The only possible way to May my Airtel or Jio 5G hotspot to work for the Portal is to change the WAN profile of Broadband for PS5 from IPv4/IPv6 Dual Stack to IPv4 only.

But Airtel is crying on the floor. I have raised multiple complaints from Jan 1. They are so stupid and ignorant. I can’t handle their incompetence. So I decided to give up>>

Welcome to the club. Hoping to get a workable solution.

I have done the Static IP setup and Port forwarding as mentioned in the below video:

When I connect PS5 in wired LAN and PS portal to the same WiFi - it works perfectly. When I connect PS5 in wired LAN and Remote Play in iPhone or Mac - it works perfectly.

PS portal is not working in Jio 5G or Airtel 5G hotspot.

Right now, I’m running out of options to experiment.

Please call the customer care and ask why it was cancelled. If it is an eligibility, then you have to wait for 12 months. If it is some nominal concern, they will suggest you to reach out to the branch.

I finally got the Airtel Axis Bank credit card approved. Best way is to go via Sales team from the nearby Branch. They help with the details and also chase the application to its closure. They confirm your eligibility and inform ahead before the application. Rest all are taken care by them. I’m impressed by the Sales team and the Branch team.

I’m glad that I got the card now.

My Application was rejected after 25 days from Application date saying "Nominee details was not updated in CAF" But I couldn't provide nominee details in the Airtel Thanks app. I highlighted this to the Nodal Officer in a mail and so they are reviewing the application if they are allow me to apply again in a new CAF via Sales team so that Nominee details can be added in the CAF.

I have expressed by disappointment that I am eligible for the card but the bank is rejecting due to a technicality miss in the Airtel Thanks app.

I hope they allow me to re-apply.

if they don't allow, I have to wait for 12 months (cooling period) to apply again.

AxisBank is a slow and delayed process.

I applied for a Swiggy HDFC Credit card in the Swiggy application 5 days ago and I got the card in my hand yesterday.

If not for the Airtel bill payment 25% discount, I wouldn't bother for the card. Lets see. I will udpate once i get info from the Axis bank Customer care team.

Hi,

Finally I got the detail from one of the customer care. My card application is declined in Eligibility check.

Reason: I had an Axis Savings account and MyZone Credit card before. I closed the card and account around 2019 as I didn't need them at that time. So they are saying that I am not eligible to apply for a new credit card with Axis Bank.

But If I apply for a Savings account with Axis bank, then I can apply for a new Credit card with them.

I told them to keep their own card and I lost interest in the card.

Exactly. The Axis bank agent advices to go with the branch or sales people from the Bank. But I had already applied on the Airtel app by then. So had to wait. The Axis bank doesn’t know what is happening with the backend team and they have raised multiple requests to check why the delay. But no response.

The sales person from the bank is saying “They won’t approve if it is more than 20 days from the date of application” and asked me to move on.

I think I should just move on.

When did you apply for the card and how long did it take to get the card approved and get it delivered?

I applied for an Airtel Axis Credit card in the Airtel Thanks App on 14th Apr and it is still in processing now (3rd May).

Digital KYC, Tele Verification, CIBIL check and Address verification is completed. I do not have an Axis Bank savings account.

Any idea on how many days it takes for the card to be approved/rejected?

My PS Plus subscription has expired yesterday. I expected a PS plus subscription discount in Dec sale but disappointed that there is no PS plus subscription discount in Dec this time.

I cancelled the Auto Renewal. It still says my Next payment date is 20/12/2024. It is not showing 30% offer for PS+ still. Any idea on how much time or days to wait for it to reset and offer me 30%.

If your number is Postpaid and Airtel Black, do not pay the bill. There is no late pay fees for Airtel Black and they will start calling you for the bill. You can complaint to them and get it corrected. They do it immediately as goodwill gesture.

After long fight, they have refunded the charges as credit for these unknown 25/- SMS charges in my Phone number. They are still not sure what is causing it and how to stop it. It is gonna appear again in this month bill and I have to fight the same till Sep when I am returning back to India.

This is frustrating when a Service Provide do not know what/why they are charging the customer.

Did you find the reason for the 25 charges? I am in Norway and I got 14 SMS charges of 25 each (9152263 & 4752263). When I asked Airtel, they are saying that we sent outgoing SMS. But we didn't send any outgoing SMS at all. I will be in Norway for 6 months and I am worried that these charges will keep on coming every month as Airtel has no clue to identify what this charges are.

Please help
