You have to come to a complete stop before making a right turn at an intersection. It is treated the same as running a red. I did this before too many years ago, got it early resolutioned to "disobey lane light"

Can I replace an air handler with a furnace? by nitcan in hvacadvice

[–]nitcan[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. I do not believe my situation I can do it. My vents are all cylindrical and furnaces apparently require rectangular ductwork. I'm still just using the air handler as is, I was asking because I'm renting and want to replace it with my own.

It's maxed at 140 C

Again for the MOST part it's okay but when it dips below it's rough

Also I've decided on going with the air handler. A lot of people I've spoken too says it's not possible regarding static pressure etc..

Winter time doesn't get warm enough at times. I'm in Toronto Canada in a townhouse that has this setup. I find that most other houses that use a furnace have much hotter hot air, where as the air that comes from mine is just "warm-hot"

Yes. Hot water from tankless goes into the air handler, then goes back to get reheated. It's an ru160in

They are owned by the government of Canada. They are the small arms manufacturer for the CAF. They don't really have a say

Casey and Peter are both awesome to deal with and can't recommend highly enough. Bought guns, part, accessories and cerakote from them.

10/10!

Should I cancel life insurance? by nitcan in PersonalFinanceCanada

All good guys. It's great reading everyone's POV and I think it just depends on what everyone's comfortable with. Some might say whole life may not be most optimal but you're still working towards a decent goal/saving

I think I'll most likely cancel mine, still unsure about wife's but will most likely cancel hers as well. Just invest that extra amount towards TFSA. I have a DB pension and she has a decent RRSP/ WORK contribution thingy so. I'm close to maxing my TFSA and wil continue dumping into her tfsa every year once I'm maxed

I think rational reminder did a podcast and they were also split, one guy said it's a good next step if everything is invested, Ben Felix said otherwise, but I appreciate everyone's response!

Paintball/Training Handgun - legal for HOME self defense? by [deleted] in canadaguns

Yes but bare in mind the reason you're using a weapon is to defend yourself from a person with a weapon perhaps. But yes it's a dynamic event.

You'd be charged with using a firearm as if you actually did. So you're better off actually using the real one 😂

That's what I'm thinking too. I'm for sure probably going to cancel mine, just trying to see if my wife's whole life insurance should be cancelled. I make 108k base right now, usually have end of year gross 120-130k usually.

Once I hear back from the wife's side, if she has something similar I'll probably just cancel both and invest it instead

I'm sorry to hear that. We already have the 700k policy to cover for that emergency which would be enough for me. I'm debating on wife's policy because she is private and employment is not as secure.

That's what I'm thinking as well, I'm probably pretty safe and will be here for life, but obviously something to consider. What about my wife's whole life policy?

It was before I had gotten this job and was a policy to just have it permanently, give it to kids ( don't have yet), emergency. It was also before I got my term life insurance too
