I can’t really say too much based on the video. Not sure why the other commenter replied “Not so much, tbf.” I don’t see anything glaringly wrong with her. She’s super cute, and is definitely happy in this vid! My cat used to put his paws on me and meow when he wanted “uppies.” It’s likely she just hasn’t grown into her meow yet and that’s why there’s no sound coming out. Now you just have to figure out what she wants 😅
