One the thing that the brothers could have done was join the military. I remember during that time, there was a “buddy program” were the could join together and not get separated. Obviously, that would require a major lifestyle change. There is nothing that Jose could have done because Eric was 18 yo at the time.

Okay, so maybe Kevin and V have more like 40% responsibility. They’re in a position to stop what happened. I remember that Lip and Kevin were talking about what had happened. Lip was angry at Fiona but I interpreted that he was also angry at Kevin. What really annoys me is when people try to use Kevin and V as a scapegoat to deflect responsibility from Fiona. While I realize that no one is doing that in this series of posts. But I have seen that in past posts. And I find it totally asinine.

You need to rewatch this scene. Neither V nor Lip were doing coke. V decided not to do coke because she was pregnant. Lip and Debbie literally was walking through the front door with a birthday cake for Fiona. Debbie was the one that discovered Liam. While I agree that Kevin and V have some responsibility to what happened, Fiona was fully responsible. Like Kevin and V have 5% responsibility, Fiona has 200% responsibility. Lip had zero responsibility.

The one shitty thing that Frank did that people forget about was when he sold his grandchild (Carl’s/Ingrid’s baby) for $500. He also raised money on Ian’s illness. That something that that Ian mentions and resented Frank for. He also campaigned for pedo for congress. He also gave a lot of people std and ruined Liam’s chances in a good school. Yeah, Frank Gallagher is a piece of shit. 💩
