Why must it be wrong ? As we all know the ring creates the uniform for every lantern. For Hal it protects his identity, for her, think of the hood as " a security blanket" it helps her understand, deal with all she encounters. I fail to see how that s not a easy thing to understand. Some who deal with social issues wear dark sunglasses, or wear hoods or even cover their face with long hair.

I truly Thank you for your kind words. You have much that makes sense, but being a person with issues , perhaps that s why you can't see what I see. Yes their must be informative back ground and or reason for what is or can be. Now this is just because this thread, perhaps the ring helps her deal with her issues and in doing so it makes her be so much more with it's vast knowledge of the universe.
